Nearest airport is Milan (MXP or LIN).
By Road
Journey to Lake Como by road is between 60 – 90 minutes. There are taxis outside the airports, or car rental services available - Avis & Europcar. You can also arrange a private transfer in advance.
By Train
There is train service from Milan Central Station to Como. If you are in Milan, it is easily accessible as it's located in the city centre.

By train departing from the airport (MXP): Malpensa Express is the fastest way to get to Como. To reach Como from Milan-Malpensa Airport, take the Malpensa Express (departing from both terminals) to Milan Central, and switch trains to Como. The bus or taxi from Como to Cernobbio takes around 10 minutes.
Linate airport is not directly linked to the lake by rail. A bus service will take you from the airport to Milan Central train station. From Milan Central train station you can continue your journey by rail to Como.
As the wedding will take place in Cernobbio, we highly recommend staying there.
